1. Acceptance of Terms
By using DaggerForge, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Use of the Service
DaggerForge provides AI-powered tools for tabletop RPG Game Masters. You may use generated content for personal and commercial use at your tabletop games. You may not resell or redistribute AI-generated outputs as standalone products without significant modification.
3. Tokens and Payments
Tokens are consumed per generation and are non-refundable once used. Patreon-granted tokens expire if not used within 30 days of the next grant cycle. Purchased token packages do not expire.
4. Content
AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. We do not guarantee the accuracy, balance, or completeness of any generated game content. Content referencing D&D 5e mechanics is based on the SRD 5.1 (CC-BY-4.0). Daggerheart content follows the Daggerheart DPCGL.
5. Intellectual Property
DaggerForge is not affiliated with Wizards of the Coast or Darrington Press. "Dungeons & Dragons" and related marks are trademarks of Wizards of the Coast. "Daggerheart" is a trademark of Darrington Press.
6. Limitation of Liability
DaggerForge is provided as-is. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service.
